In January 2019 Jan strengthened the team of Leyden Academy, and specifically the team responsible for the project on lust for life (in Dutch: Leefplezierplan). Jan is a strategic project coordinator and will focus on the implementation of the Leefplezierplan on location.
Jan graduated in 1989 as a clinical psychologist and worked during a nine year period as a social skills trainer/consultant at the Dutch IRS, at training and consulting firm MATCH and at EMCR. He has also worked for nine years as an executive within several care organisations. Furthermore, Jan started his own company eleven years ago in which he is an independent interim manager in elderly and disabled care.
