We & corona: collecting the stories of Dutch seniors in times of corona

We are living in strange and uncertain times. The outbreak of the COVID-19 virus has heavily impacted life in The Netherlands, particularly for older people. The strict measures to keep a safe distance from each other and to stay at home, have drastically changed our social lives. How do seniors in the Netherlands experience these times? What do they worry about, what gives them hope and comfort, how do they spend their days? On the Dutch platform Wij & corona (translated into We & corona), we collect their stories and give them a stage to share their voice and experiences. The over 230 personal stories we have published so far, provide comfort, recognition, and guidance to other seniors.
