In December 2009 Yvonne joined the Leyden Academy team. As a communications officer, she is involved in media requests, printed matter (including the compilation of the annual report), social media, this website. Furthermore, Yvonne provides communication support in various activities and projects.
Before this Yvonne worked for almost eight years at a medical-oriented publisher. She was responsible for an internist’s magazine The Netherlands Journal of Medicine and the general practitioner magazine Modern Medicine. Yvonne started her career at the European Society of Clinical Pharmacy, where she provided various administrative activities, as well as the organisation of courses and conferences, and publication of newsletters and other printed matter.
