Each year up to 20 students will be admitted to the master's programme. A selection committee will review the applications.
The application requirements are:

• Excellent students that have not yet attained a master degree can follow (parts of) the programme.
• Exceptional motivation and commitment
• Scientific interest
• Good knowledge of the English language. The norms are IELTS 6.5 or Toefl 88 (internet-based), 230 (computer-based), 570 (paper-based).

Upon successful completion of the programme, students will receive a Master of Science degree Vitality and Ageing from the medical faculty of Leiden University.
